Packages are shipped Monday through Friday. The cut off time to process an overnight order is 2:00 p.m. Goods are usually shipped 24 hours after receiving the order, except for busy times before Easter and Christmas. Items containing certain perishables may be held over if they will not arrive before the weekend. All shipments are subject to stock availability. If any item is out of stock, you will be notified of an approximate ship date. Shipping costs are based on weight and are calculated when an order is placed.
BritFayre STRONGLY recommends using UPS Overnight/2nd Day or US Postal Service Priority Mail in the summer months if your order includes items such as chocolates, sweets and chocolate biscuits. BritFayre.com is not responsible for melted products in warm weather.
Note: Orders may originate anywhere in the world, but we only ship within the United States.

Returns must be made within five (5) days of receipt. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging. The original packing slip must be included. In the case of damage, items will be replaced or credit given. Please do not throw out the damaged packaging or items as they may be needed for insurance purposes. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund. All returns must be pre-approved by returns@BritFayre.com
